Workout (Start this as soon as possible)
Today we will be working in five person teams. Each team has to complete 2,992 reps total of any combination of the exercises listed below. Your team can divide the work load any way you decide. Only one person on the team can be working at any one time. The number is significant because it is the number of casualties that are known to have died from the terror attacks thirteen years ago today. Work hard for them today, they can't do it for themselves.
2992 reps for time of the following exercises:
wall ball shots

The President asks Americans to observe a moment of silence beginning at 8:46 AM Eastern time, the time the first plane struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center that morning. So at 6:46 AM (Mountain time), we will be observing a minute of silence. If you are awake, please join us in remembering.
Thursday, September 11, 2014 marks the 13-year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon, and United Airlines Flight 93 which crashed in suburban Pennsylvania. Patriot Day serves as a remembrance of the lives lost on that September morning.
